&#038; Kelly Wedding"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The <a title=\"The Vineyard at Florence Texas\" href=\"http:\/\/www.thevineyardatflorence.com\/\" target=\"_blank\">Vineyard in Florence, Texas <\/a>was the perfect backdrop for this lovely wedding on October 7th.\u00a0 My wife loves wines and I know we will be needing to make a daytrip here.\u00a0 The expected rain held off a day and other than some strong winds, everything was perfect.\u00a0 I was assisted by Amanda Cook, one of my very talented 2nd shooters.\u00a0 The drive from Austin was about an hour and we took Highway 183 to avoid Friday afternoon traffic to Dallas for the UT \/ Oklahoma football game.<\/p>\n<p>One unusual aspect of this wedding was a change into Indian garmets after the wedding and meal.\u00a0 The families were great, the band was excellent and the staff at The Vineyard was outstanding.\u00a0 As pretty much everything was outside that makes for some lighting challenges once it becomes completely dark.\u00a0 Amanda and I used two lightstands as well as our on camera flashes to get plenty of light on the dance floor and reception area.\u00a0 I love shooting into a light as you can see from some of the images.\u00a0 It creates a &#8220;Hollywood&#8221; like effect from the flash, rim lights the subjects and coupled with other lights creates good lighting.\u00a0 Since there was no ceiling to bounce the flashes off, we had to shoot them directly at the subjects and used this technique to get some great shots.<\/p>\n<p>You can also see <a title=\"Sunita Varghees Bridal\"
